TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Only food and drink purchased on the premises may by consumed in the venue.

Exchanges and Refunds

We regret that tickets purchased cannot be exchanged or refunded, except in the case of a materially altered or cancelled performance / event. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Conditions of Sale: General Conditions

1. The Management reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject a ticket holder for behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance or annoyance or failure to comply with the reasonable requests of the Management.

2. If admission is refused no monies shall be refunded.

3. It is the Responsibility of the purchaser to check all tickets at the time of purchase or on arrival (by post).

4. This ticket must not be sold or resold without the express permission from the Promoter of the event. Reselling a ticket for profit/commercial gain will make it void and the holder may be refused entry to or removed from the theatre. In addition, tickets bought from unauthorised sources will not be valid and admission to the event will not be permitted. You will not be entitled to a refund.

5. Any complaints about a ticket holder’s ability to view the event shall be made to the Promoter/Manager promptly prior to or during the event.

6. Latecomers will only be admitted to the auditorium during a suitable break in performance.

7. The event promoter / management reserves the right to amend or make alterations to the published details of the event as shall become necessary.

8. Neither the promoter nor the management accept responsibility for personal property brought into the venue unless caused by the negligence of the promoter or venue management.

9. All ticket prices published by Kings in print or online are subject to change. Prices and seating may change in response to demand.

10. All ticket prices advertised are inclusive of a booking fee.

11. The unauthorised use of cameras, mobile phones, video or other form or recording equipment is strictly prohibited.

12. All offers, including multibuy offers, are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. They cannot be applied retrospectively or in conjunction with any other discount.

13. The management reserves the right to reallocate the booked seat without refund.

14. Special Offers: When advertised special offers may be subject to availability and restrictions. No two offers can be used in conjunction with one another. For clarity, a special offer is any offer that isn’t a standard price or concession (under 16, under 26, Registered Disabled) ticket. Special offers include (but are not limited to) family tickets, group rates, early bird discounts, membership discounts and multibuy tickets.

15. Those who require a free carer ticket to enable them to attend Kings are able to redeem by emailing info@kings-entertainment-theatre.co.uk. If the person who requires assistance is unable to attend the free carer ticket will be void. This service is not available online. One free carer ticket per paid access ticket.

16. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult in the next adjacent seat for the duration of the performance.

17. When an event is rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, all previous tickets are no longer valid and must be exchanged. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ensure that their ticket is valid and correct. If a ticket holder is unable to attend the rescheduled date, it is their responsibility to inform Kings before the new event date.

Conditions of Competition Entry

1. To enter a competition you must be: (a) UK resident; and (b) 18 years old or over at the time of entry (this includes parents who must be a representative for under 18s for children’s show competitions).
2. Only one entry per person.
3. If you want to enter a competition you must enter using the terms and conditions as stated on the advertised competition.
4. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed, or which are not received for any reason. Entries posted after the closing date will not be entered.
5. The winner will be chosen at random unless otherwise specified.
6. The closing date is as specified in each competition, and Kings reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.
7. If you win a competition, we will notify you by either phone, email or post. If the competition is via social media, we will contact you through the appropriate platform.
8. By entering the competition the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as Kings may require.
9. The judges for each competition will be comprised of members of the marketing team of Kings unless otherwise stated in an individual competition.
10. The prize will not be transferable to another person.
11. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
12. If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
13. This competition is being run by Kings, Gainsborough. On occasions that Kings runs competitions via a Third Party, this will be clearly stated.
14. Please read our Privacy Policy which tells you how we use any personal information we may collect about you by entering a competition.
15. Kings reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. Kings may also create rules which will apply to a specific competition only. If we do this we will publish the amended competition rules and/or specific competition rules on the relevant competition page.
16. Kings will endeavour to send prizes within a month of the competition end date where suitable, unless otherwise stated in the specific competition, but cannot guarantee this delivery time.
17. Usual Kings Terms and Conditions apply to tickets won in competitions, with the exception of ticket refunds, exchanges or resales in the instance of cancelled or materially altered performances.
18. Facebook, Instagram or Twitter contests are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Twitter.
